Are you tired of your opponents getting the drop on you with giant 4/4s? Are you tired of using your Jodah and Gishath decks? For a one time deal, use an underrated, and an overpowered (sometimes but not usually) bad ass deck? Use this doctor recommended Kwende deck!

But on a serious note, I made this deck because I saw a shocking amount of Jodah decks and whatnot and I've never seen a deck with Kwende. He's not strong on his own, but the idea is to get a few first strike guys out then put out kwende so you can swing for 14 in one turn. Kwende is not strong on his own, and this deck struggles with that, if you use this deck, keep in mind that you wanna try to keep everything off of Kwende so you can have all of your other guys do the work for him.

For this deck to win, you usually want a hand that has 3-2 lands. Most things in this deck are very cheap, and weak, but just need Kwende to buff them. If you have Lyra Dawnbringer in you're opening hand, that's usually a really good sign. She, as you can probably guess, is all this deck needs to win. But, you're not always gonna get her, so having preferably 1 first strike creature, maybe 2 is what you want. Having a card like Charge is far more useful in this deck than it would usually be, because it will usually increase the hitting power by 2, that's a whole 1 more damage! If you wanna alter this deck, feel free to put in more cards that buff knights, I only put in 2, but that's because I didn't originally plan to have this deck revolve around knights.

As you may notice, this deck has NO cards before Ixalan. I swear the pirates made me. They, like I wanted a deck that would stick around for a bit longer than 2 months. Feel free to alter that if you'd like.
