TLDR: Kydele of Wheels relies on 'wheeling' your cards (and your opponents) to draw cards and 'mana ramp' with Kydele while dealing random damage to opponents with Vial Smasher, after wheeling cards, tapping Kydele and generating a lot of colourless mana is possible to use the finishers or chip at the opponent's life to with draw and discard penalty cards.
