Some additional decknotes:

• Synergies:

• crucible of worlds + glacial crevasses: who knew red had access to a fog-lock? Smoke provides a second reliable way to control the board.

• Punishing fire + Grove of the Burnwillows: efficient, repeatable, targetable damage.

• scouting trek + genesis wave: turns genesis wave into a second copy of boundless realms.

• Helix pinnacle + Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant : with the amount of mana we can generate, it's possible to top off the pinnacle in a single turn.

• Valakut:

• Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle + Scapeshift / Boundless realms/prismatic omen : just like the modern deck, only cranked to 11.

• Valakut + scouting trek + oracle of mul daya : any additional per turn land drops crank up the efficacy of this combo, but it just goes to show how easily valakut forms a resilient backup to our commander.

• Valakut +Vesuva/Thespian's Sage : Valakut is oddly enough not legendary, so a late game scapeshift can net us multiple copies

• Additional Wincons:

• Helix Pinnacle - With how land heavy we are, and how hard we can potentially ramp, this card can be a very threatening win condition. It's also decently resilient.

• praetor's counsel: in every deck i've stuck this in, once I've resolved this I won the game.

• comments on specific cards:

• Realms Uncharted: In this deck, this is almost as big a combo enabler as it's blue cousin is.

• Glacial Crevasses, constant mists, smoke: our stax package and why we run snow mountains.

• Stigma Lasher: for the rest of the game effects are extremely powerful; see praetor's counsel.

• Crucible of Worlds: I'd argue that this might be the single most powerful card in the deck. the amount of jank this suddenly enables is ridiculous.

• prototype portal: this becomes degenerate with any of our artifacts except for scroll rack and swiftfoot boots, and even then it's lulzy.
