The deck has tested fairly well against my one friend who likes to play BWG decks. I'm not sure how it would fair against others.

All of the creatures are Soldiers, so that works well with Preeminent Captain . If you can get Ajani Steadfast on the board and activate his -2 ability with a few creatures out things can get nuts with Outlast. Heliod, God of the Sun feels odd as it can be a tad difficult to turn him on (compared to Celestial Hands where he's always a creature), but Vigilance is nice, allowing you to attack with Outlast creatures and then activate their abilities in your post combat main phase. His token generation ends up being a nice little mana sink, as does High Sentinels of Arashin's ability which has the added plus of synergizing well with Outlast.

All in all I love the deck, but it can feel like it's fighting against itself as it wants to be quick and aggressive, but also wants to sink lots of mana into creatures you have to tap for Outlast.
