Use serveil to dump expensive creatures into the graveyard for Lazav to copy for high commander damage.

Copy [Phyrexian Dreadnaught] (12/12) for 1 mana to kill in 2 swings with commander damage.

Use tutors to get [Phyrexian Dreadnaught] into the graveyard asap to copy with Lazav. [Entomb], [Buried Alive], and [Corpse Connoisseur]

Copy [Invisible Stalker] to become unblockable and hexproof for 2 mana.

Use [Fireshrieker] or [Grappling hook] to give Lazav double strike for a 1 swing kill with commander damage.

Copy [Bontu the Glorified], [Kefnet the Mindful], [Darksteel Myr], or [Thassa, God of the Sea] to become indestructible at instant speed or Equip [Darksteel Plate] to become indestructible.

Alternatively copy [Phage the Untouchable] out of copying [Invisible Stalker] for an unblockable instant kill.

Add [Gudul Lurker] and [Mist-Cloaked Herald] for alternatives for unblockable or [Aqueous Form] to make Lazav unblockable.

Alternative low cost high attack cards: [Hunted Horror], [Eater of Days], [Leveler], [Virtus the Veiled]

Combo [Virtus the Veiled], an unblockable creature, and [Quietus Spike]. Equip spike -> unblockable creature -> swing -> After blockers are declared Lazav shifts into Virtus for 3/4 health damage. (Example 40 -> 20 -> 10 or 7 -> 4 -> 2)

Combo [Magus of the Coffers], [Umbral Mantle], [Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth]/[Blanket of Night]. Equip Umbral Mantle for the untap ability -> Play Urborg/Blanket -> Copy Magus with 7 mana available (5 to copy 2 to use tap ability) -> Pay 2 to tap Magus with 6 lands on the field -> Get 6 black mana -> pay 3 to untap and get +2/+2 -> pay 2 to tap for 6 mana granting 1 left over -> repeat -> swap to an unblockable creature to swing for lethal. {Goes infinite at 5 lands, need 6 lands for infinite black mana}.

Add [Training Grounds] to reduce his shift cost by 2.

Combo [Ornithopter] and [Crackdown Construct]. Lazav shift to Construct -> Shift to Ornithopter infinitely holding priority -> shift to unblockable or trample creature -> swing for infinite damage.

Combo [Necrotic Ooze], [Grimgrin, Corpse-Born], [Bloodline Keeper]. Copy Ooze -> Tap with Bloodline's ability to make a token -> Untap with Grimgrin's sac ability to get a counter -> swing as an unblockable creature.

[Wharf Infiltrator], [Jace's Archivist], [Looter il-Kor] or [Merfolk Looter] to draw and discard

[Search for Azcanta] to toss a card into my graveyard every turn.

[Vector Asp] to give Lazav infect for turn. Copy Asp -> gain infect -> Gain unblockable -> Swing as Phyrexian Dreadnaught

[Trickbind], [Disallow], and [Nimble Obstructionist] to stop graveyard trashing.
