A Lazav EDH deck designed to annoy first and win second. Definitely my troll-iest deck, though a ton of fun to play. Copious numbers of counterspells plus milling to frustrate others and hopefully have something good for Lazav hit the graveyard. Unblockable, evasive, and large GY benefiting creatures to threaten as best as I can and get some decent cipher spells repeated hopefully. I love the cipher mechanic and want to see it shine. I haven't playtested this one yet, but it feels like it may do best in a 2 or 3 player EDH game more than a big 4 or 5 player game. Open to ideas.
