This is my attempt on a budget, competitive combo-deck built around Lazav, the Multifarious.

The main win condition is: Buried Alive into Necrotic Ooze, Phyrexian Devourer and Walking Ballista + the copy ability of Lazav, the Multifarious or a reanimation spell on Necrotic Ooze.
