It's a legacy deck build around the infinite life combo of Daru Spiritualist + Shaman en-Kor + Starlit Sanctum

Your objective with this deck is to not attack at all, except with the eventual Demon created by Skirsdag High Priest meanwhile you'll be gaining life with the soul sisters while using Sigil of the New Dawn + Cabal Archon as a sac outlet + recurrency of ETB triggers until you have Pestilent Cauldron   to mill your opponents entire library.

If you don't get the mill combo, the deck easily works as an aristocrats deck, using Soul Warden + Soul's Attendant + Marauding Blight-Priest plus Cabal Archon ability to zap your opponents life while gaining life.

This deck was planned and builded to use it in my playgroup, maybe is a little bit slow for what the format is, but is not intended to be used on a competitive level, even so it have some capability at that.
