Im not very accustomed to legacy, but all the cheap spells that blue offered made me want to try the new Young Pyromancer. Through cheap counerspells such as Force of Will, Daze, and Spell Snare, we are able to keep control of what hits the battlefield, while building an army of elementals. of course, Brainstorm and Ponder are necessary here even more than in other control decks, as they serve as a potential win con with Young Pyromancer or help us find him.

Im looking for help and am very open to ideas, but try to keep this as budget as you can for legacy (reason why i have things like Steam Vents over Volcanic Island.)
