Since you can't run the best card to pair with Goblin Welder anymore (that being Survival of the Fittest), you might as well forego green and just focus on blue, red and whatever else tickles your fancy. Typical Welder goodness with graveyard feeding/recursion that just happens to include Thopter Foundry/Sword of the Meek (in case there was a danger of making friends). Maybe it works, maybe it wonks, who knows?
