Inception

I have noticed that of all the Praetors, Urabrask seems to get the least love. Most seem to not understand just how powerful his abilities can be for you and your opponent. I really wanted this deck to run constantly, win, and of course be fun to play. I went into the deck with the mindset of no infinite combos or game breaking combos that ruin it for everyone. The deck itself has a mix of control and aggro and plays more like a tempo deck then anything else.

The Ramp

So since red is a little lack luster on the ramp side, the deck required a good mana rock base to help cast those spells.

Sol Ring, Fire Diamond, and Gilded Lotus act as some early game mana rocks.

The mana doublers include the usual three Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power, and Extraplanar Lens

Burnished Hart Lets us get some lands out of the library and can act as an early blocker if needed.

Draw

Are three "wheels" in the deck come in the form of Dragon Mage, Reforge the Soul, and the highly unrated Chandra Ablaze . These three let us refill are hands and can keep our opponents off the plans if they just tutored for cards or doubled their hand size.

Our regular draw spells include

Mind's Eye -All around amazing draw artifact

Temple Bell -A good way to gain friends and keep a target off your back.

Sword of Fire and Ice -Which has the benefit of shocking someone and giving one of your creatures some needed protection

Tower of Fortunes -Gives us a ton of cards and with all of our doublers 8 mana is not hard to hit.

Disrupting Blaze

The deck has a small copy and disruption package that can throw players off their game. A few cards like Reverberate, Wild Ricochet, and Reiterate can copy some spells and send them back at others.

Tyrant of Discord may not be the most optimal at hitting other people's boards but it's just plain fun to play.

My personal favorite is the anti blue card Price of Glory which thankfully shuts down most counter spells because losing three lands for a counter spell can be a big setback. Another fun one is Word of Seizing which can stop someone from comboing off, or take a big fatty you could use. Or even a planeswalker that is about to go ultimate!

Creatures of the Furnace

In the end we will need some creatures to use that fun hasty effect and set the world afire.

Bloodfire Colossus ,Scourge of Kher Ridges, Lord of Skatterskull Pass, and Crater Hellion help clear the enemies fields of creatures letting you bowl over them.

Magmatic Force + Obsidian Fireheart can really do some serious damage if left unchecked.

Boldwyr Intimidator can make combat a nightmare even if you are not involved and Avatar of Slaughter pushes attacks into overdrive.

Final Thoughts

I really want this deck to work well and be the main deck I tinker and adjust until it is a lean mean, fire setting machine. I know I am missing some cards like Wheel of Fortune and Blood Moon but they are on a list of mine to get when I can afford them. Leave any comments and feedback please! I would love your guys input!
