General:

The whole point of this deck is to be as annoying as possible.What your aiming for is to either counter all the creatures you opponents puts out or make him pick them back up. All the while, your using your sorcery and instants to get 2/2 flying token from talrand, sky summoner. NOTE this is why all of your instant spell cost so little mana.

Card control for your self is just so much fun:
You get some really good card control by using Demonic tutor to search for diabolic revelation and then later searching for what ever cards you want to put down.

Let's annoy our opponent:

The idea of the Isochron Scepter is to copy Early frost, and there by always denying your opponent 3 mana. And also if you get the second Isochron Scepter you can copy Cyclonic Rift or another Early frost for even more control.

The back up plan:

The animate dead is there for back up, in case you lose your Talrand, sky summoner. And on the good side if you don't loose Talrand you can always attach it to one of the creatures you counterd from your opponents hand.
