Seems to have a good pilot to vehicle ratio but that might change verse removal heavy decks.
I think the biggest strength of this deck is Built to Smash and Built to Last. For two mana at instant speed I can give a vehicle +5/+5 trample, indestructible or easily boost a pilot above remmoval range. And with Electrostatic Pummeler it can whip out to be 12/12 trample, indestructible if I use the active after the instants.

Another strength is card options. Veteran Motorist has scry 2, Smuggler's Copter give a draw/discard, and Depala, Pilot Exemplar allows me to fill my hand with vehicles and pilots.
