This deck attempts to be relatively fast skewing to the low end of the mana curve while taking advantage of adding counters quickly to cheap creatures.

• Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit - For Bolster
• Servant of the Scale - Starts off with a counter and counters can be transferred on death
• Warden of the First Tree - interesting...strong 3/3 early game...with some late game potential of becoming a 3/3 trample with lifelink with 5 counters
• Beastcaller Savant - 2 drop to add counters to while being able to tap for mana if needed - substitution option
• Drana, Liberator of Malakir - if out quick against 2/2's can quickly start adding tokens to other creatures
• Liliana, Heretical Healer   - If ahead, discard opponent cards until ulti can pop. -X to bring back a creature every other turn if needed
• Undergrowth Champion - gains indestructible with counters - gains tokens at landfall
• Veteran Warleader - with low cost creatures this could get powerful and useful against an aggro deck that we're trading adding creatures each turn but not attacking
• Gleam of Authority - Potential to make enchanted creature blow up if board is full of counters. cheap bolster option as well
• Sylvan Scrying - To keep the lands flowing
• Ruinous path - to take out a problem...Probably could end up in the sideboard. Maybe replaced with something to draw cards with.
• From Beyond - endless supply of creatures to add counters to and frustrate opponent. Possibly too expensive for deck...maybe switch with another removal option or a draw cards option.
• Gideon, Ally of Zendikar - Fits well, can pop ulti quick to add a counter to all creatures
• Ob Nixilis Reignited - good removal and if he does get out there it'll be mid/late game where the ability to draw a card would be very useful

Maybe's:

Earthen Arms - For counters and late game awaken. Would be good with Earthen Arms + Servant of the Scale

Inspiring Call - To replenish cards

Grasp of the Hieromancer - Adds counter and can help contain a problem opponent creature

Mantle of Webs - for sideboard against flyers

Retreat to Kazandu - landfall = counter

Dark Petition - doesn't really fit, but powerful late game to grab a needed card

Joraga Invocation - to hopefully clear the board late game
