I want to have a fun and casual multiplayer deck where I never play the same game twice, thank to utilizing my opponents' creatures/enchantments..... Shenanigans with bazaar trader and switcheroo sounds like it could be exactly what I need.

I've new to Magic, however, and am not sure how best to build this deck in order to make it relatively competitive (as in, I have a decent chance to win against other casual decks while also playing some ridiculous games). Maybe I should add a sweeper or two..?
