Varina, Lich Queen is one of my stronger Decks the main goal is to assemble Gravecrawler + Wayward Servant + Phyexian Altar to kill the table all at once but the deck is really good at putting pressure down reducing life totals while growing my own, i've been running into card draw issues once your empty handed its hard to refill with Varina, Lich Queen. the cantrips and Tymna the Weaver should help.
