This deck is based around getting Havengul Lich, Rooftop Storm, and Diregraf Captain out on the field all at once. Extra drawing and discarding from Jace's Archivist and Necromancer's Stockpile fill up the graveyard with zombies ready to go.

With Havengul Lich and Rooftop Storm, any zombies in the grave become playable for 1 colorless mana. Milling other people is also useful for Havengul Lich, letting me steal their creatures. Other cards like Nightveil Specter, Grave Betrayal, and Dread Slaver also let me steal their cards, adding insult to injury.

The main win-con is through Diregraf Captain. By repeatedly killing off my zombies and bringing them back to life with Havengul Lich, I can steadily drain the life of opponents while straining their creature defenses.

Army of the Damned is a fun way to win because either the opponent has to block 13 zombies and even destroying them still hurts.

Havengul Lich and Shriekmaw or Wispmare are fun because their evoke abilites can be cast from my graveyard essentially whenever I need them, allowing for on demand Doom Blade.

Updates Add

This deck has turned out to be surprising consistent and aggressive. So far, my favorite play so far has involved stealing someone's Soul of the Harvest while Rooftop Storm was on the field in order to play roughly 10 free zombies in one turn and then have the mana to play Army of the Damned
