• Extort can reduce the cost of casting Licia by 2 mana (since it requires 1 mana to activate) in a 4 player games. It also helps further your life total from your opponents.

• Lands that gain you life are nice for casting licia since they reduce her cost by 1 or two mana. Not only that, but they give you mana fixing for upcoming turns.

• Cards like Angelic Accord, Regal Bloodlord, Crested Sunmare and Regna, the Redeemer help stall the game out further, in addition to the lifegain.

• revive / revenge will almost always reduce the cost of Licia to , which is very useful. It can also reduce the life totals of enemies significantly.

• Trespasser's Curse, Teysa Karlov, Kambal, Consul of Allocation, Sun Droplet and other creatures with lifelink help you gain life during opponents turns, mostly to generate tokens with cards like Crested Sunmare.

• Font of Agonies lets you destroy one creature per activation of licia's ability, as well as an additional creature every 4 activation of Licia's ability.

• Aetherborn Marauder, Dying Wish and Essence Harvest help you win the game in case of a stall. Let's say Licia has 15 counters. Aetherborn Marauder becomes a 17/17 Flying Lifelink, helping you get past dudes on the ground. Otherwise, Dying Wish will protect Licia since an opponent (likely that guy that destroyed her) will lose 19 life. You'll also gain that life. Lastly, Essence Harvest will do Dying Wishes job, except it costs 1 more mana to do it right away. This doesn't give Licia any protection, but it might kill some opponents.
