Goblin Lyre
- A one time 50% chance to deal your opponent 0-5 damage for three mana, while the same 50% chance to take that amount yourself. Pretty terrible.
Evil Eye of Orms-by-Gore
- None of your other creatures can attack, while you have a 3 power unblockable (usually) creature, all at the cost of 5 mana... (Note there is only one other "Eye", and that was a similar time spiral card, obviously printed after this card)
Krark's Thumb, a card that's only rarely ever good, but overall not the worst thing ever.
Ok, here's the plan. First, you play a ton of spells that generate creatures, and follow it up with an
Evil Eye of Orms-by-Gore
. I know you're thinking like that's a dumb idea, but that's where you're wrong. See, you didn't really need to attack with all those creatures anyway. What you really wanted to do is taunt them with an unblockable eye while you generate more creatures. Throw out a Krark's Thumb followed by the dreaded, feared, and well respected
Goblin Lyre
. Immediately sac it and watch your opponent's face as
Goblin Lyre
's dirge of death wipes his/her life total clean. Clean as a white lie. Or a
Goblin Lyre
.
