Azorius Tribal Spirits seem to be better than their Bant counterpart at the moment. The meta is less aggro, so tempo / control is the preferred plan of attack. Here is my current list. Additionally, Skyclave Apparition is a great replacement for Deputy of Detention.

At this point, my mana base is fairly solid and hopefully won't change. Ojutai's Command has proven to be a little costly and I generally don't have as many creatures in the graveyard as I think I do. I'm replacing them with Esper Charm for instant disruption, card draw, or enchantment removal. I reduced Yosei, the Morning Star to only 1 copy. To replace Reality Shift, I'm running Unsubstantiate, which can function as a bounce or Remand without the draw. I've increased the number of Spell Queller to 3, and I've cut Kami of False Hope.
