This is an aggro lifegain deck, playable and simple, ideal for new casual players, but not bad as a legacy deck. Here are some strategies:
U can sacrifice children of korlis when rhox faithmender is already on battlefield, so u will gain life this way. As You see, it's not good to sacrifice children of korlis to soon in the game. You don't have to be afraid of lose many life in the inicial turns.
U can put armored ascension on wall of reverence, making it difficult to remove the wall from the game, gaining at least 5 life each turn. Of corse armored ascension is better on ajani's pridemate or serene Steward.
U can use serene's ability on serra ascendant, for a stronger flying attack.
Finnaly, u can combine wall of reverence, rhox faithmender and serra avatar/ajani's avatar to come from 20 to 540 life in 3 rounds. But it usually just happen in a 4 player game
If You want turn this deck into a control deck, u may put chalice of life and felidar soveregn.
