Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant gaining you lots of life, with lots of triggers. Throw in one copy of Authority of the Consuls for good measure.

Spectral Procession and Hero of Bladehold help stack on the ETB triggers.

Ajani's Pridemate goes and lifts weights for every lifegain trigger. They become huge very fast. Archangel of Thune sends your whole squad to the gym, and gives the pridemates an extra protein shake.

Spear of Heliod is like the 4th copy of Honor of the Pure, except it lets you kill stuff that hits your face. And in this deck, you dont mind stuff hitting your face when your face has too much life total anyway. The +1/+1 gives give your puny soul sisters and spirit tokens more impact in combat.

Lone Rider   and Serra Ascendant get huge from large amounts of lifegain.

Lone rider is surprisingly easy to flip. You only need 1 soul sister in play and play 1 Kabira Crossroads, to transform it the turn you play it. If it's on the battlefield, playing a Spectral Procession with 1 soul sister in play will also do the trick.

Well of Lost Dreams should definitely not be a one-off but it totally is

Chalice of Life   gives you instant-speed lifegain triggers, and becomes a free burn for 5 very quickly. I used to have a 1-off, dont be me. Just get 4.

Ive never actually played Ajani Goldmane in an actual game and dont think I ever will because its always on the bottom of my library. He has achieved meme status in my playgroup (first card to steal, discard, or exile so that it will never see play) and thats why hes still in.
