Sideboard

A somewhat budget midrange-control deck that I've been using in standard. Packed with great value cards, almost everything in here serves at least 2 functions. The game plan is to stay on the defensive at the beginning, stall the game by removing most of the stuff they put down and maybe some stuff they haven't even put down yet. Don't be afraid to chump block sometimes, cards like Dusk Legion Zealot and Ravenous Chupacabra don't do much for you after they enter the battlefield anyway, and you might be able to reanimate them with liliana, death's majesty. Once your opponent has exhausted their resources, you can turn the game in your favor and finish them off by creating a horde of creatures with Lili and/or boardwipe and slam with Tetzimoc, Primal Death.

If you want to drop the price more, you can replace Vraska's Contempt with Hour of Glory without losing too much power, especially if you don't play against too many planeswalkers.

Update: Added Painful Lesson for more card draw and overhauled the sideboard to focus mostly on control.
