If you find tapping and untapping Basalt Monolith amusing, then you'll love this deck.

Here's the basic idea:

1. Get out a Blistercoil Weird and a Paradise Mantle.

2. Attach the Paradise Mantle to the Weird.

3. Tap the Weird for mana and cast a cantrip with that mana. Blistercoil will untap due to his ability.

4. Repeat steps 3 until you can't cantrip any more.

5. Use some combination of Slip Through Space, Temur Battle Rage, and Grapeshot to kill your opponent as early as turn 2.

Gitaxian Probe and Cerulean Wisps both net 1 mana which you can use to cast your spendier spells.

Spoils of the Vault essentially gives you an extra playset of whatever you need.

I have found that I will mulligan to 5 looking for the combo. After that, just keep any hand with a land.

The sideboard is mainly to protect your combo and also has some utility cantrips.
