Early game get out a guildmage and start blowing up a few of your own creatures. This will net you a few tokens till you have 4-5 land.

The ultimate idea of the deck is to stall until Jarad comes out. Chump block with tokens and throw deadly allure on them in order to snag your opponent's creatures as well. Use life from the loam/stinkweed imp to dredge once they're available and golgari grave troll once you get him.

Note that if corpsejack is on the field and you play golgari grave troll he will be fairly sizable, then sac him to a guildmage for a bunch of tokens and dredge him back next turn. Eventually you will get a hold of Jarad, you can either play an eternal witness to return him, use his recover ability, or simply draw him.

Once Jarad joins the party shit starts to go down. Your mana pool should be ~7 land and you can life from the loam for more mana if need be. Brawn will give everything trample so you can swing with it, and then sac a fattie with Jarad. Late game, use the guild mage to give Jarad intimidate because he's going to be close to a 10/10 if not more and you want him to go through.

Gnaw to the bone all day erra day because this amazing card's flashback cost is the same as it's CMC. It typically will go off for +10 life minimum.

If your opponent is not dead at this point throw down the lord of extinction... I guarantee you that he lives up to his name in this deck
