I'm new to MTG and this site, and feedback on my decks would be great!

Just a heads up: This deck, like all my other decks, has cards that could be replaced with better cards, but I'm trying to deck on a budget. So that means I probably would rather use the $1 version of a card that does a similar thing than a $5. I know it's silly, but I would rather make 5 playable, average EDH decks totaling about $50 each, rather than 1 $250 EDH deck. If I keep the decks cheap, but effective, then I can let my friends play with the multiple decks I made.

One thing that's very tough for me to do is to decide which cards to keep to maintain the 100 card count. I always want more. MOAR! So I'm counting on you guys to help me decide which should stay/go/be introduced to make the most efficient deck possible given my objectives/play style.

The point of this deck is to: Remove Cards, Get Rats

1. Make Opponents discard, passively getting tokens

2. Relentless Rats sync/ ETB explosion Thrumming Stone, Descendants' Path, Bloodbond March, Nantuko Shrine, Doubling Chant

3. prevent meddling with discard hand/cards mechanics

4. Sac tokens for: more discard or mana/land ramp

5. Protect my own hand from discard via Bottled Cloister or Library of Leng

I initially wanted Marrow-Gnawer as a commander but I feel that having a green commander than works with discard mechanics is even better to hurry out those rats. If you see any ways to help, be it cheaper/more efficient substitutes or just removing some cards, please let me know.
