I've explained my unfortunate experience with my simic prerelease in a previous deck. I've worked on a deck based around blue and green however, and hope I'm on to something here.I haven't found the simic ability, evolve too useful late game, but it seems very handy for my early game plays as far as letting them grow to stay on par with my other creatures. Thassa, God of the Sea is here to help me make sure my manna comes in smooth, as well as to help prevent removal. I know she isn't the best fit, but after opening three boosters and "pulling" two of her, one foil none the less, I couldn't resist. Master Biomancer and Corpsejack Menace are here to make sure my creatures get that extra edge. Which is extra helpful when I'm drawing one drops such as Cloudfin Raptor late game. My key attacker here is Kalonian Hydra as you can imagine, any time I've managed to play it with Corpsejack Menace on the field, things got ugly fast. I'm stuck on my counterpells however. Do I keep Spell Rupture ? Or switch to Dissolve for more scry? Any tips?

I've currently made the following changes. Hands of Binding-4 Spell Rupture-2 Syncopate+4 Putrefy+2 I feel confident, but will be making a few more changes. I'm now considering removing my Elusive Krasis since the lack of cipher makes them a bit less useful. Current prospects for replacement include Zameck Guildmage or wall of frost]] Bident of Thassa + Wall of Frost I'll consider these options as I play test a bit more. I'm also considering dropping Experiment One for Mistcutter Hydra Although a bit less likely, this could add a bit more versatility to my deck. I will sideboard mistcutter at the very least. I'd like to thank everyone who's offered any sort of support so far. And will be sure to update as I play more games.
