B/BU mill deck based on Mind Sculpt, Memory Sluice, Jace's Phantasm and Wight of Precinct Six

Rule #1: Mill as much as you can. Additional to the basic mill-cards, also play Pilfered Plans and Psychic Strike.

Rule #2: Cast Delver of Secrets   in the first round if possible, to transform it the next round. Brainstorm can help to place the right cards on the top of the library. Don't cast Wight of Precinct Six and Jace's Phantasm to fast. Check out the opponents hand first. Avoid to cast them in the range of Lightning Bolt.

Rule #3: Kick enemy creatures with Doom Blade and Chainer's Edict from the battlefield. Counter incoming spells with Psychic Strike.
