Dealing damage in the silliest ways possible.

We don't need no, annoying board state! Toggo! Keep throwin' those stones!

Pretty simple, play lands, get rocks. Throw rocks at opponents because its funny. Everything else in the deck is enable either more damage from rocks or other (funny) methods of dealing damage. And at the end of the day we'll have to have a bunch of token creatures in order to well...throw the rocks of course.
