This is an alteration to my original Low budget ninja deck (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/low-budget-fun-with-ninjas/). The price tag is still under $20 and is a great deck to try out! The idea of the deck is to use small creatures like Ornithopter or Invisible Stalker to allow for an easy ninjutsu. Once the ninja is on the field, the control cards allow for the ninja's attacks to go through. The Wispersilk Cloak also helps keep your ninjas alive and attacking. Cards like Unsummon can be used on either your own ninjas or enemy creatures. Why is hidden strings in there? When you cipher it onto an unblockable ninja, you can keep untapping your mana to replay the creatures that you ninjutsu into your hand, or to have mana ready for a mana leak.
