I think this is a pretty common way to build Magda. it has a decent number of cheap ($$$ and mana cheap) dwarves and some other ways to add in some incremental treasures. the dwarves can be turned sideways by attacking, but ideally you use vehicles or other "tap target creature" type effects.

The deck is not quite to the level of a cEDH Magda list, but is does have a very good combo in it that is used in a cEDH version. if the table doesn't feel like the right place to pull big combos I will instead bring in dragons and do things by combat, but if the table is moving fast I can combo out pretty easily as long as Magda is around.

The combo: Magda + Clock of Omens + any artifact dwarf = infinite tapped treasures. as long as you have 5 treasure, Magda, and one of the two combo pieces above you can find and execute this combo at instant speed.

if you have a metal dwarf (any of the shapeshifter artifact creatures, or a regular dwarf plus Liquimetal Coating or Liquimetal Torque) and clock of omens out, you use the clock of omens' ability, targeting the metal dwarf. to pay the activation cost you tap the clock and the dwarf. this creates a treasure on tap, then the dwarf becomes untapped again. you now have an untapped dwarf and a treasure. activate the clock again tapping the dwarf and treasure, untapping the dwarf. continue for as long as you want. you now have infinite treasure (but remember they are all tapped).

once you have infinite treasure, there are 3 main ways to win. really just take your pick because Magda can search them all up.

option 1 (the easiest option): do all of that infinite mana stuff on the endstep of the player to your right. then once you have a bunch of treasure, sac 5 of them to get Hellkite Tyrant. on your turn you win from the Tyrant! of course that doesn't work if they have instant removal to kill the tyrant on the end step that you bring it in.

option 2 (during your own turn): create all the treasure on the endstep of the previous player's turn. on your upkeep, sac 5 more to get Welder Automaton. sac a bunch of treasure to pay for damage pings from the automaton until everyone is dead.

option 3: use the infinite treasures before your turn and get crashing drawbridge. now, or even on your turn go get all your dragons and then give them all haste.

the deck doesn't have a lot of protection, disruption or backup plans if this doesn't work, which is the missing step to go from this deck to a cEDH version.
