This is a control/slow combo oriented Grand Arbiter list that can attack from a variety of angles. Primary victory paths are to assemble either dramatic reversal with sensei's divining top or rip + helm targeting selective opponents. The slow combo strategy is assisted with a wide suite of hate pieces aimed at slowing a wide variety of deck archetypes. Key combo interactions and victory paths are noted below:

1. Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter infinite combo with either Sensei's Divining Top w/(rocks producing 2+ mana), Stroke of Genius w/(rocks producing 3+ mana), Staff of Domination w/(rocks producing 3+ mana) to draw your deck.

2. Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace as a victory condition enable via route 1 or on it's own targeting one player (or multiple players with Voltaic Key / Paradox Engine in play).

3. Paradox Engine + Sensei's Divining Top + Voltaic Key w/(rocks producing 2+ mana).

4. Planeswalkers ultimates ( Jace, the Mind Sculptor , Narset Transcendent , Tezzeret the Seeker ).
