Okay so, even for me, this is a weird deck. The goal is to give everyone a stupid amount of mana. You can get opponents lands to be tapping for four mana each. It's super fun. It is designed to benefit us the most though. We can get our own lands tapping for more than 50 mana each.bthis deck is full of x Cost cards to utilize that massive amount of mana.

You want to start with any one card that increases what your lands tap for and something that draws cards if possible. We will end up using x Cost card draw spells to draw like 20+ cards at a time. There are plenty of cards that give us "no maximum hand size" so we can keep what we draw.

Early on, just focus on drawing cards, getting "no maximum hand size" and cards like Mana Reflection, Heartbeat of Spring, etc. Then to win, we want to go with any x Cost card that deals x damage (Comet Storm and whatnot), or mill them out with Drown in Dreams, win via alt win condition Helix Pinnacle, or x Cost creatures like Hydroid Krasis. We can use Storm King's Thunder, Unbound Flourishing, Double Vision, etc to copy our x Cost spells. We can also overwhelm opponents with a sudden army via things like Finale of Glory.
