Main point is to have the enemy discard the cards in their hand, reducing their possibility to answer. Then cards like The Rack , Wheel of Torture , Shrieking Affliction and similar will deal a lot of damage per turn. An enemy with no cards will also make Nyxathid more powerful and worth casting, and same goes with Master of the Feast , and so on.

Right now the deck has way to much discard thou, so I'll most likely sit with a hand full of "discard card" cards when the player doesn't have any cards to play anymore, so I need to balance that out somehow. Thou, I guess in a true multiplayer game the amount of discard cards might be good, maybe, probably still too many.

Another point is that I need to get a lot of cards in my hand, and make sure they don't, and have my pingers down on the ground, then I can play the commander who will block card drawing, thus ending the loop where they get damage, draws nothing to stop it, and dies. And more lifelink for me so I don't kill myself from the Maralen of the Mornsong ping.
