This deck acts as both an aggro burn deck and mid-range dragons. Recently this deck has been proving more than capable of handling some of the more popular threats entering the field, and to me looks like it's in a good position to take on some eldrazi as well. Despite this I am actually considering moving away from some of the removal to incorporate Drana, Liberator of Malakir and some more creatures, but until then, here's the breakdown
Creatures:
Soulfire Grand Master is key in this deck. Her lifegain will keep you in the game. Aside from that shes not really in here for much else, but I find that whenever my opponent starts to realize the insurance she provides, she becomes the target of my opponents focus opposed to my actual aggressors.
Seeker of the Way
has an amazing field presence once his prowess goes off. Smacks people around and gains you nice amounts of life. Mad love for this nigga
Monastery Swiftspear really needs no introduction at this point shes fuckin great
Abbot of Keral Keep
is my clutch card. Whenever I miss a land drop I throw him down and get a little gas going. Perfect for 4th turn and up
Thunderbreak Regent is a no-brainer. Need at least 8 dragons in here so 4 of him fills out my curve and is just an awesome card
Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury is by far my favorite dragon in here. If you're good on your burn and got a thunderbreak out last turn shes a kill as soon as she comes out on turn 5.
Dragonlord Kolaghan is usually the game ender. She comes out of nowhere with stupid abilities but the most useful being her haste
Removal:
Roast is new in the deck, taking the place of Exquisite Firecraft which i decided would be better against control decks since my main focus here is just clearing paths
Murderous Cut nice spot removal
Draconic Roar
is clutch with Soulfire Grand Master and is just a nice burn
Kolaghan's Command should be ran in any deck that uses B/R
And last but not least
Crackling Doom
, best creature removal in standard hands down. Awesome card, never fails to disappoint.
So thats it, any upvotes, or suggestions are hugely appreciated
