the deck is designed to nip away at the opponent's lands. Psychic Surgery and Thada Adel, Acquisitor are the basis of the deck. supporting them are Praetor's Grasp and Sadistic Sacrament. these cards should only be used to target lands, Praetor's Grasp accelerating you and decelerating your opponent while Sadistic Sacrament can take away at least getting rid of 1/8th of the opponent's total land base, good for ridding them of any "special" lands. thada is just another excuse for the opponent to shuffle their library so the surgery continues at a steady pace. later on Brink of Disaster should put a stop to the extent of the opponents' mana curve and leave a fair few dead cards in hand and finally Mitotic Manipulation can just retrieve whatever you need multiples of... lands, Gomazoa, Cosi's Trickster or another Psychic Surgery if you want to delve further
