Key piece is Master Transmuter. With her out, pull out any big creatures.

Basic idea of the deck is to get master transmuter out ASAP. This can be done in a few different ways - Island, Sol ring, T2 Island, Master Transmuter. Or Island for the first three turns, and Tinker Master Transmuter out. There are plenty of cards with 0 mana that can be sacced, as well as artifact lands. Then you use fabricate to keep getting big cards out, or just keep bouncing cards like Sphinx Summoner.

Creatures: Stonecoil Serpent is in the deck because you can play for a 1/1 creature on turn 1 so there's an artifact ready to bounce back to your hand when you get Master Transmuter out. Gets stronger the longer you play, as you can keep bouncing back and playing with more power/toughness as you get more mana.

Blightsteel Colossus and Wurmcoil Engine as your tough beaters.

Magister Sphinx to bounce in and out to either bring opponent life down to 10 or yours back to 10 if you're lower than 10.

Sphinx Summoner to bounce in and out to get artifacts you need.

Phyrexian Metamorph to make a quick copy of a big creature you already put into play.

Solemn Simulacrum to bounce in and out for mana ramp - if somehow dies, then can help with drawing.

Spells:

Tinker: Bring out Master Transmuter or a big creature quickly. Goes well with Solemn Simulacrum as you can draw a card.

Fabricate: Help with getting a specific card you need.

Counterspell: Counter anything that might stop Master Transmuter.

Artifacts:

Basalt Monolith: Can be bounced in and out to avoid untapping, and to get 3 mana quickly.

Sigil of Distinction: Can be brought in as a 0 drop artifact to help with Master Transmuter to bounce out. Lategame can be used to power up creatures with all the mana you have.

Sol Ring: Help with mana start of game and can be bounced out if don't need mana.

Spine of Ish Sah: Bounce in and out to destroy a permanent. Always ends up in your hand so once you got it, keep bouncing.

Voltaic Key: Untap Master Transmuter for another bounce. Can help with vigilance if needed.

Welding jar: 0 drop for Master Transmuter to bounce back for another artifact, or can be sacced for Tinker. Later on, can be used to keep creatures alive.

Lightning Greaves: To haste any creatures you bounce in!

Potential ideas: Time Vault, play and tap for extra turn, bounce back to skip untap step. Lotus Petal: Fast mana start of game, play for 0 mana lategame to bounce big guys in. Sapphire Medallion: Make everything cheaper! Darksteel Forge: Make entire deck indestructable.
