Yet another Commander's Quarters deck. This deck is a lot of fun for people who want to politic. You tell your opponents, "Hey, don't worry about the biggest threat on the board. I got this." Curse whoever is winning until you get some of the more disgusting curses. Then, make your opponents shiver when you kill someone with 10 curses, and then make them moan when you bring them all back from the graveyard with Open the Vaults.

Although Mathas can be a good tool to try and make my opponents want to remove something I don't like, he doesn't bring much to the table most of the time. His synergy with bounty hunter is super cool, but I hardly ever get bounty hunter out for it to be viable. Kulrath Knight is another cool synergy card with Mathas that isn't always viable, but it's fun when it works. I plan on tweaking this deck to have Queen Marchesa as the commander, but it's still gonna have the curses theme.

Fellwar Stone is the other foil Secret Lair edition that came with the talismans.
