This deck is all about using Mayael the Anima’s ability. You’ll want to make sure you start with a good hand of lands, or the access to dig them out.

Elvish Piper is a good resource to get the big guys out of your hand for cheap.

Sensei's Divining Top and the likes to ensure as best a possible to make sure you hit a target with Mayael’s ability.

A handle full of combat shenanigans, True Conviction, Heroic Intervention and Triumph of the Hordes and and few others, for when the time comes to swing, you’ll swing extra hard and extra lethal (hopefully).
Some protection, Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots, for Mayael herself.
