Credit to Reading_is_cool's deck a-MAZE-ing which I mostly just copied, with a few small tweaks mostly to the sideboard.

Since his explanation is so good it made me build this deck in the first place, I'm going to only explain the differences between my deck and the deck it's based on.

I wasn't able to buy a third Kiora, the Crashing Wave so I replaced it with a Bow of Nylea, which is a utility card that I really like for this deck. It may not be necessary game one, but I've seen a lot of people run 61 card decks with the bow as the extra slot so I felt it could be played main deck instead of the sideboard.

Oh, I also switched the guildgate count of Izzet Guildgate and Dimir Guildgate , both because I like Dimir better and because other players may notice that some people run one-of's of Dimir guildgate and target that one. Obviously Rakdos Guildgate is still the least-useful gate so I kept that as a singleton maindeck.The change is the sideboard, where I added an extra copy of each gate that only has one-of in the main deck. This is in case someone starts exiling my library, though it's still dangerous against me having the extra gates might save me the game.

Last change is that I switched the sideboard Dissolve out for Negate, as even with Gods and garys in the format, most spells I want to counter are not creatures. If they play a creature, I'm only going to fog anyway, generally. I lose the option to counter gary for a 1 cmc reduction. This is a change I'm still testing out but so far I like it.
