Yup, Mazirek has combos. Black has tutors. Green gets the mana. It's all very convenient. This deck may not be viable in cEDH [/i]per se[/i], but this is about aas competitive as I would imagine Mazirek can be built, with a few very expensive things missing (looking at you The Abyss and

This deck is not yet done: still trying to fit in a Blood Artist + Melira, Sylvok Outcast combo for good measure, especially off of Protean Hulk since that combo doesn't need to connect with combat damage.

Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest + any sac outlet + Woodfall Primus or Puppeteer Clique makes infinite counters on all my creatures, and in the case of Puppeteer Clique, infinite counters on all creatures in all graveyards with haste.

Aerie Ouphes + Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest makes infinite counters on all other creatures I control.

Protean Hulk can get Puppeteer Clique and Viscera Seer

Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest makes infinite tapped squirrels.

Given the absurd number of sac effects, It That Betrays is taking up Sheoldred, Whispering One's spot for now. It's a great target for Pattern of Rebirth if Razaketh, the Foulblooded is not available, or if you have no tokens available. If it works out, Primal Vigor might get cut for Pox .

A last resort wincon, and a really good way of fooling people into thinking your deck is not so competitive is to leave in the suite of token generators and token abusers. They're good enough to not give away your combo strategy, and are most definitely a wincon of their own considering the amount of sacrifice abilities in the deck.

Don't forget that Rings of Brighthearth doesn't just copy obvious paid activated abilities. It can copy the ability of your fetchlands to ramp (Marsh Flats), it can copy the activated ability of Strip Mine to hit 2 lands, it can copy Survival of the Fittest for a second tutor, or Birthing Pod for two creatures. The thing is a boss and people usually leave it up when you're not playing superfriends.
