Suggestions are very welcome! I explain my thought process card by card. I need suggestions on card draw engines and removal.

I've been messing with this deck for a while. It is potent in casual groups. If there isn't effective removal or counters to key pieces it will overwhelm pretty easily. There are obvious upgrades to the manabase that could be done. I don't like having cards that are over $25 in EDH though.

The main idea is to ramp super hard to pay for the mana intensive mid to late game. Once mana is established and a few creatures are on board then the goal is to get huge and swing for lethal after disabling their board state with a tap down, rift, or stealing all their creatures (the last being the most fun). The following combos are the essential parts of the deck's strategy.

Win cons and combos

Cauldron of Souls + Willbreaker = Steal all creatures on board simultaneously. Preferably on the end step of the person before you. This one is great and people never see it coming. (Beware of incoming scoops)

Experiment Kraj + Gilder Bairn + Training Grounds = tons and tons of counters. Then find an Overwhelming Stampede and it's gg. If you have a Seedborn Muse out as well you can get your whole crew of creatures up to double digits by your next turn easily.

Heidar, Rimewind Master + Training Grounds + untap engine such as Murkfiend Liege or Seedborn Muse means you bounce whatever you want every player's turn. Match this up with the Kraj and Gilder combo and it turns into some serious degeneracy.

Most Important

Gilder Bairn Untaps the commander and has 100% synergy

Vorel of the Hull Clade A slightly weaker Bairn, but still great to have in the deck.

Murkfiend Liege Passively untaps and buffs all creatures. No mana cost to untap is huge. That way you could save it for Vorel :)

Spike Weaver This has saved me so many times! Having fog on a stick is so important to mitigate aggro once the deck starts going off. Moving a counter at instant speed to another creature is very relevant too.

Minamo, School at Water's Edge This untaps kraj if the other engines aren't online yet, and it is also a good ally making card. Making a friend for two blue without losing cards? Worth

Oran-Rief, the Vastwood This puts counters on creatures as soon as they come out (if they're green) which gives Kraj an instant boost to utility and keeps it untapped for other shenanigans. This can also be used to make friends :)

Cyclonic Rift The only mass removal in the deck. Nuff said

Overwhelming Stampede This is a huge win con once you get creatures big. Swinging for several hundred isn't unusual.

Snakeform This has won me several games. Whether they have Glen Elendra Archmage out that's going to counter the Stampede or some mean creature like Rafiq of the Many that would kill whatever it hits, you turn it into a 1/1 that any creature in the deck can kill.

Cauldron of Souls Helps a lot with board wipes that would turn the game in their favor and potentially shut the deck down. Like I mentioned before it is also a good combo piece with Willbreaker
