Based around the idea that Melek, being an automaton, can continue to work forever huddled away in his laboratory, undisturbed by the world around him whilst everyone else dies of old age.

The deck is designed with as much library manipulation that I can muster without having too many permanents in order to eliminate non instant or sorceries landing on top of the library whist Melek is on the field. I know Magus of the Future and Future Sight seem like glaring omissions but I would rather be able to dig through my library via a spell in the instance of a permanent being on top of my library.

With these factors in mind there are a number of ways to run the deck so it can expand and contract time, taking infinite turns or looping spell casts with Mana Geyser + Reiterate. All of the utility spells can be used to finish the game when used correctly, even a mere Electrolyze can be used to destroy an opponent.

The real meat and veg of the deck lies in the ability to have Mnemonic Wall, Izzet Chronarch, or Archaeomancer bounce to retrieve a Time Warp or Time Stretch to make infinite turns. If the opponent asks how you finish them you say "Infinite X Happens". Conjurer's Closet, Deadeye Navigator, Crystal Shard, Sakashima the Imposter, Devastation Tide, Rite of Replication, will all get you to combo with the spell retrieval creatures.

It also can finish the game alternatively with creature aggro via Dualcaster Mage and a clone spell on the stack.

This deck has been tuned and tinkered over the course of my time in the game so its getting pretty tight. It has been comboing as early as turn 4 and consistently winning games turn 8 unless he receives a table of aggro.
