My Merieke Ri Berit EDH deck. A very fun deck that can do broken things! Yes it can be more broken, but my playgroup would probably disown me. If there is any suggestions as to make it better, I'm all ears. I know Homeward Path is a main concern for my General. Strip Mine is one of my outs to that. And I know Hushwing Gryff is another huge problem if I don't remove it. Any suggestions?

Win-Cons:

Debt to the Deathless+Boseiju, Who Shelters All/Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir = Enough said, get a bunch of mana, kill everyone and make sure they can't counter it.

Magister Sphinx+Deadeye Navigator/Venser, the Sojourner/Conjurer's Closet+Debt to the Deathless = makes it easier to kill stuff with.

Avacyn, Angel of Hope+Swiftfoot Boots = A tough to handle situation upon itself.

Merieke Ri Berit+Avacyn, Angel of Hope+Conjurer's Closet/Deadeye Navigator/Minamo, School at Water's Edge/Thousand-Year Elixir/Venser, the Sojourner = Lock their board out and I just get to steal their stuff.

Deadeye Navigator/Venser, the Sojourner/Conjurer's Closet+Archaeomancer+Time Warp = Infinite turns, just finish them off with the beats, after clearing their board of blockers, or finish them with Debt to the Deathless.

Fun Stuff:

Any "flicker/blink" effect, Deadeye Navigator/Conjurer's Closet/Venser, the Sojourner, with the following:

Magister Sphinx = Lower the opponents to Earth.

Rune-Scarred Demon = Tutor everything we need.

Snapcaster Mage = Flashback spells.

Mulldrifter = Draw a ton of cards.

Ashen Rider = Exile stuff.

Angel of Despair = Destroy stuff.

Sin Collector = Exile your spells. I prefer this over Tidehollow Sculler because even without the blink effect, the Collector still provides value.

Baleful Strix = Draw cards.

Archaeomancer = Gets back Instants and Sorceries.

Sun Titan = Gets back CMC 3 or less permanents, even can be lands such as fetches ramp and thinning or Strip Mine for value.

Dragonlord Silumgar = This is actually a cool one. Blink the creature you get from the Dragonlord so he's permanently yours even if the Dragonlord dies. And then use your blink to steal another creature or planeswalker. This effects doesn't work if you first steal a planeswalker because you can't blink a planeswalker. Too bad Venser, the Sojourner states "a permanent you own".

Glen Elendra Archmage = Resets her Persist counters.

Deadeye Navigator+Venser, Shaper Savant + Enough Mana = Becomes a "hard lock".

Animate Dead/Necromancy = Blink the creature wIth one of these on them and you just permanently reanimated that creature under your control.

Here's a thought:

Fleshbag Marauder+Sheoldred, Whispering One = Sheer amusement and awesomeness. This forces everyone to sac a dude on their turn and mine as well. Therefore, they better have a steady stream of threats pumping out every turn (basically 3 a turn so they can keep one) or else they just lose because of Sheoldred, Whispering One.

My Outs:

Token Strategies = Any board wipe.

Combo = Just interrupt them anyway possible especially wIth Sin Collector when you know they have it.

Control = Just play the value game, counter their stuff, and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir puts in work.

Homeward Path = Strip Mine, Ashen Rider, Angel of Despair, and Vindicate!!!
