I'm trying to make this better and faster . My over all key parts are to snapcaster and mill with land drops combo. Any suggestions? Please explain on what card to remove to replace with another, so i can better understand it. Thank you.

Note 1: just finished the overhaul and need to lose 4 cards, just not sure on which ones yet. Thinking about switching out jace's for Delver of Secrets. What you guys think?
