My prototype dimir deck. It needs a lot of work, I think I might be a little too caught up on the cipher ability of some of the cards. Plus, two big questions 1)If I were to put illusionist's bracers in the deck would it double cipher? or consuming aberrations ability? (is cipher an activated ability basically) 2)Do i need to pay the mana cost for cards exiled by Nightveil Specter?
