Mill Mill Mill!!!

This deck is the first deck I have ever created myself and boy is it oppressive!

Why Jeleva over Nekusar or any other mill/wheel powerhouse might you ask?

Because she is incredibly fun! She also serves a dual purpose of being able to exile those pesky Eldrazi from our opponents library (believe me if they weren't running them before they will be once you roll this bad boy out a few times) and incredibly mill and wheel potential through cipher effects from whispering madness or even being able to hit a praetors council and have a 60 card hand (this is through experience XD)

Probably going to do a primer on this nasty little lady ^_^

It still has a long way to go, missing the better ($$$) wheel effects and creatures. I would probably run Nekusar in the 99 if I could find him :/
