I just put this deck together, and I'm looking for any input, or thoughts on card changes. I'm trying to stick as close to ONLY Return to Ravnica cards as possible.

The point of the deck is to either make the opponent Mill themselves, or to play Azor's Elocutors, and keep the opponent from attacking using enchantments, and Sphere of Safety.
