i just got to thinking about a new spin off of one of my sultai decks i made and i wanted to get it out of my mind and on here so let me know what you guys think.

Its all based on getting tons of mana via devotion to green and then put the mana into Fascination to mill our opponent for 30+ cards turn 5-6

as you can see this is budget deck and if you can't afford it then feel free to drop Dig Through Time for Jace's Ingenuity or even the new green draw spell coming out Shamanic Revelation

this deck i feel will need a really open sideboard thats why I'm not posting one. it depends on your local meta but if you need some suggestions on what to side in vs certain decks feel free to ask and ill answer you back.

Token and aggro match ups should have sideboard items such as AEtherspouts and Whelming Wave

esper control you want more counters. i prefer Negate and Disdainful Stroke over Dissipate but thats just my preference

burn decks for me i would put in more draw like Jace's Ingenuity and Divination with Feed the Clan for sustain and card advantage and drop Disdainful Stroke for Negate

those are most of the match ups i have here at my local meta as of right now but it changes all the time so if you have any questions or ideas let me know

Didn't play this in the tournament but a lot of the guys there let me playtest in between rounds and also took a look at it and just smiled.

played B/W heroic and just stalled out with Aetherspouts and a few other cards ended up getting Soul of Zendikar out and just sinking my mana into him and got 9 3/3's and swung for lethal. very weird that it ended that way especially since i had 2 of the 3 of my combo was just missing Fascination.

was nice after he seen what the combo he was very stunned that a mill deck could be this competitive in standard. with the right removal and draw engine in the deck it works really nice.
