I have been playing this deck for a couple weeks now and I am in love with this deck. Its a bunch of small combo's in one deck. also this deck is about card advantage through baleful strix, jace, and both tezzerets. In this deck Tezzeret, agent of bolas is so good in this deck, he is even better then jace.

Lets go through some of the "combos"

Ancient tomb/city of traitors + chalice: this lock is very strong (some decks cant beat it) and with these lands the ability to do it turn 1.

Thopter foundry+sword of the meek: this combo just wins games so many times. also it is very hard to disrupt.

Even sideboard leyline of the void+helm of obedience: against dredge decks I board that in and take out chalice since it does nothing in that match up.

Now lets go through the prison part of this deck:

2x ensnaring bridge: this card has stalled so many match ups. playing it and watching people not be able to do anything is why I like prison decks.

4x chalice of the void: is also part of the prison because so many decks cannot beat it. decks like burn, elves and storm are just some to name a few. you always put this on 0 or 1. anything more it hurts you.
